Langels Prachtbau.  Für die Langeler ist es die "Villa".  Es ist ein Gutsherrenhaus ohne Gutsherren.
Die letzten  "Gutsherren"  stellte die Stadt Köln.  Nun sollen es Eigentumswohnungen werden.
